On February 19th, Northwood Station 1 was dispatched to an unknown fire along the railroad tracks near Wales Rd. Information was updated by NPD as units were responding to a fully involved car fire. On arrival a 2001 PT Cruiser was found abondened near the tracks. The vehicle was confirmed by PD to be reported as stolen. After several flare ups from fuel on the ground the fire was extinguished.
